wad is wrong wif me??

what is wrong wif me.. at times i will thing that friends are my right hand n family are my left hand. but at times i think that family are my everything n friend are nothing.haha.. a bit siao rite?haha. i also dunno why.. cause maybe i dunno who is my friend ba.. as in my real friend cause at time people may treat u well n hang out wif u jus like no body but things like i'm/we not sure is actually the mindset they have n who i am (the postition)i in them..haha... Wadever it is i think there's no way to me to find out who is real and fake friend..-_-
